Vox is closing... So moving house...

Imagine my shock this morning when I woke up and login onto Vox and found out that they are closing in a month's time!!!
Gulps!!!!!!! Oh nooooooo!!!!!
What will happen to my posts....???
and my neighbours??? whom some I have became friends over the years through our common interest - Arashi!

Well for now, the temporary solution will be to move all my vox stuff to typepad.

Anyway, to all those people/neighbours that will still like to keep in touch...

大奥 premiere today!!!

CONGRATS Nino that today is the movie premiere for <大奥> !

Well, first he willl be attending the premiere at 1615 浄土宗大本山　増上寺 (a very beautiful temple near Tokyo Tower).

After which he will have to rush to attend another premiere at Tokyo International Forum Hall which start at 1845.

Unfortunately I do not have any tickets for today premiere. And if not for the fact that I have to go to NEWS concert, I will probably brave the wind and wait out in the rain today to try to see Nino/Maki/Ohkura/Tamaki walk the red carpet.

But really the weather in Tokyo today is very BAD!!! Cold and rainy! :(

 

Koku rehearsal 21 Aug 2010

Am organising my photos when I come across this video which I was at first puzzled why am I taking a video of the Arashi flags... Then it dawned on me that if you listen really really carefully (preferbably in a quiet room), you can actually hear the boys rehearsing "Troublemaker" in the background.

Sorry it couldn't be longer as my friend was rushing me to go eat lunch after we had finished buying the goods. So I had to sadly leave during the boys' rehearsal time. :(

Kanjani8 Safe & Clean Campaign in Shibuya

They are using Kanjani8 to promote for safe and clearn streets in Shibuya. So many many of such posters are hanging on the lamp posts in Shibuya and it was also blasting Kanjani8 latest single "LIFE～目の前の向こうへ～"

Again, patience is a virtue that you would need as it took me quite awhile to get a good shot without the people. As the location is Shinjuku underpass and it was really crowded as it was after office hours.

Himitsu no Arashichan Truck ひみつの嵐ちゃん トラック

I wasn't really going to chase this Himitsu truck which was making its way around Harajuku and Shibuya *I swear* as I know some fans would surely manage to capture it and put up on their posts and I can read all about it. 

But it certainly didn't hurt ^_^ during this period when I tried to make all my coffee/dinner appointments with all my friends in Shibuya.

And true enough, just when we are about to walk to Shibuya train station, you suddenly hear loud screamings from a group of girls in front! Kyaaaa~~! Its the truck!

Alas, patience is a virtue which you MUST have in order to capture this Himitsu truck! At first we are too far from the truck to take a good picture. So all we can do is wait with a bunch of fangirls with the cameras and keitai phone out and ready in position!

But patience do paid off!!! It took us nearly 30min just to get a good shot at the Himitsu truck as you don't really know from which direction will the truck come from.

Summer time 2010

Summer had been a very busy time for me and ofcourse Arashi too!

Really lotsa Arashi activities going around in the town especially during the concert weeks. Wherever you go, you really see Arashi EVERYWHERE!!!

Their presences are really felt no matter which corner you walk into! On trains, in the streets, on trucks etc...

Currently organising all my photos which I had took for this summer 2010!

Really lotsa of Arashi stuff which I will be posting. Ofcourse many of which will have been seen in other blogs already.

But this is really for my own record purpose on what I did for Summer 2010. ^__^ Y
